Try this great 'Fat burning soup' and Vary your workout

Fat burning soup

Soup, is a great meal, it fills you up, it can have loads of great ingredients and works really well as a quick snack that you can just heat up in seconds.

Ingredients:
1 large onio finely chopped.
1 medium cauliflower
125g spinach
1 large pepper, any colour chopped
8 celery sticks, chopped
3 large carrots, chopped
2 teaspoons of crushed cumin
Chicken stock/vegetable stock
4 tomatoes quartered
1 lime (juice only)
Handful of coriander
2 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon of pepper.

How to make it:
Chuck all the ingredients except the tomatoes and lime. Add stock and heat up until boiling.

Add tomatoes, juice and garlic and simmer for 20-30 mins.

Enjoy.



 



Vary your workout

Whatever workout you do, you need to keep changing it, at least once per month.

By varying the exercises you do regularly, you will be constantly tricking your body, which is what it needs for healthy developement. If you dont, your body becomes accustomed to the routine and the results become minimal.

Even if you only rotate between 2 workouts, you will be getting much better results. Here is an example:

Month 1
Press up
Lunge
Back extension
Squat
Shoulder press

Month 2
Chest Fly
Wide squat
Reverse fly
Hip raise
Shoulder Fly

This is a very basic example, but you can get the picture. So, vary your workout routine and enjoy quicker results.

Note: This also applies to cardio work, try to enjoy a variety of cardio exercise, rather than just one type. Remember, your heart is a muscle too.
