Personal Training
We understand that many people lead a hectic life that does not allow for regular visits to a local gym. For this reason, many fitness regimes fall away before any lasting benefits have been achieved. We will save you needless travel time by fitting in with your schedule and bringing our personal trainer to you. You do not need a large room or any equipment and can train in your home, at work or any outdoor location of your choice.
Our expert trainers can give you the guidance and encouragement you need to achieve your goals. Training, even to the seasoned gym fanatic, can get repetitive and stale. Our personal trainers will draw up an exercise program that will give you variety and enjoyment, while working all the important muscle groups in a safe and structured way.
You will be given a comprehensive assessment by your personal trainer, so they can gauge your health and fitness. This will be the benchmark against which your progress can be measured. No fitness plan is complete without good nutrition. We will assess you nutrition and eating habits and formulate a plan that suits you for life, there are no short cuts to good nutrition. By formulating a healthy BALANCED diet from the start you can insure you success in the future, for good.
Bespoke boot camp
We hold a Bespoke Boot Camp every day of the week at Shoreham Beach Green, call to book a space or just turn up and bring some friends along. It is a great, effective, fun workout for all fitness levels and your first one is free.

Setting Goals, Think More or Less
When first starting a new regime or when going through a health conscious phase, setting goals are a great place to begin. The government have set recommended daily allowances for certain foods and have placed physical activity targets which may sound a bit like 30 minutes, 5 times a week at moderate intensity.
