Our review
This is the swiss ball we all use here at Bespoke Fitness, and let me tell you, they are great. They are solid and last a long time, my current one is going on for about 3 years now, I can't really say anymore other than if you only buy one swiss ball and want it to last than this is the one to get. If your of average size and build, go for the 55cm ball, I use it with all my customers and have never felt it was too big or too small.
