Again, yet another bit of kit I use all the time, they come in a good range of weights from 1.5kg to 5kg, the nice thing about these are the vinyl coating, you can bang em about, drop them on the floor and they wont dent your household, I like using these because of the fact that again the vinyl is soft, comfortable and in the winter they are'nt freezing cold like normal dumbells. A must for your freeweights programme.
